Compliance & Protection

Maintenance & Repairs
- Emergency works may be authorised up to £250.00
- All contractors are independent and fully insured
Ceasing Management
- Minimum management term: 6 months
- Thereafter, 3 months' written notice required
- Ceased management fee: £300.00 + VAT
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
